Stennis Membership

1st half year membership

I would like to become a member for six months, from September to January. I can prove that I have a valid reason for only becoming a member for this six months (moving, end of study, etc.). The contribution for the six-monthly membership from September to January is around €55,- for this association year.

2nd half-year membership

I would like to become a member for six months, from February to September. I can prove that I have a valid reason for only becoming a member for this six months (moving, end of study, etc.). The contribution for the six-monthly membership from February to September is around €55,00 for this association year. If you want to be a member in the second half-year, you must register during the INKOM. Registration will not be possible in February.

Registration to become a Stennis member

To complete your registration you must complete the following steps:

1. Register via the registration form on the website. This form can be found at the bottom of this page.
   
   Registrations are closed. They will re-open next year during INKOM 2025.
   
   
2. In the registration form, you can indicate which type of membership you want. Information about the types of memberships is given above. If you want to be a member in the second half-year, you must register now during the INKOM. Registration will not be possible in February.
3. You will receive an email as soon as you've filled in the registration form. Please note: this does not mean you've been accepted as a member! As soon as you receive an email "Welcome to Stennis", you are officially a member of Stennis. Your membership will start as of October 1st.
   
   
4. As soon as you are accepted as member of Stennis, you are required to purchase a membership at UM Sports. This has to be valid during your entire membership at Stennis. You can choose either the "all-in" or "sports" membership; the "gym" membership is not valid. You can purchase this at the counter in the UM Sports Center or via the website umsa@mendixcloud.com. Here you can log in with your UM username and password.

Cancelling your registration?

If you have registered and later decide that you do not want to become a member of the association, you have until October 5th, 2024, to cancel your registration. After that date, it will be too late, and the membership fees will be charged. Additionally, you will be required to purchase a UM sports membership for the entire duration of your membership at Stennis. You cannot cancel your membership during the year.
