Hi everyone,

My name is Erna Smit and I am 21 years old. While I normally find my way in the world of childbirth and babies, this year my focus shifts to minors and the ins and outs of the board.

Outside of the lecture halls, I can also be found on the tennis court at Stennis. Although I must admit that I am more of a star off the court than on it, my big goal this year is to finally win a game of padel or tennis.

Treasurer: Ilse Dirks

Hello all!

My name is Ilse Dirks and I am 21 years old. This year I will take care of the tasks as treasurer and sponsor commissioner for Stennis. I was born and raised in beautiful Eersel and I still like to go there at the weekend. Two years ago I exchanged Eersel for the also very beautiful Maastricht. I am now in my second year of studying Biomedical Sciences. You will find me more often off the court than on the court, although I can also shine enormously in the Ladies Double 9!! I'm really looking forward to making it a fantastic year with you and I hope we can drink many more beers!

Competition commissioner: Derk de Kleijn

Dear All,

For those who don't know me yet, I am Derk de Kleijn and will function as Competition Commissioner (WP) this year. I was assigned this position probably because of my great tennis and padel qualities. 😉. My tasks mean that I am simply responsible for all tennis and padel matters that take place within our association, such as training, tournaments, club camp and of course Stennis Open (OT). Outside of the tennis court, I take my tasks such as drinking a beer in the BP, going out and participating in every possible tennis activity very seriously. That's why you'll see me in the city just as often as at Hazendans.

PR Commissioner: Frederique Hoyng

Hi everyone!

My name is Frederique Hoyng, I come from beautiful Breda (proud Brabander!) and I am a second year student at Stennis. Last year I was able to organize the best parties of the year at the FeestCie (Stensation!!!). After a record number of tickets sold, my promotional skills will continue this year in the role of PR Commissioner and head of the PR Committee!

I am completing my master's degree in Strategic Marketing and really enjoy being involved in the promotion of our beautiful association. Next summer, together with my committee, I will again set up a very nice INKOM and invite the nicest new people in Maastricht to become part of our large Stennis group of friends.

Furthermore, I have been training tennis and padel fanatically for more than a year, but unfortunately I have not yet ended up with a 9 rating (I am on the right track). Next year we will continue training with Stennis, partying, visiting external tournaments, and many more fun activities, I'm looking forward to it!

Commissioner of General Affairs: Lotte Hamers

Hey everyone!

My name is Lotte Hamers and next year I will be the Commissioner of General Affairs within our association. I am 20 years old and am now in my second year of studying Health Sciences. Last year I became a member of Stennis, which was a very good choice. Even though I think Maastricht is a top city, I still enjoy going to beautiful Hilvarenbeek, where I come from, on the weekends. I don't really have any hobbies, other than the fact that I like to be on the court and hit a ball! However, I don't really excel at tennis, but fortunately I do in the pub ;) We are going to have another great year together and I look forward to seeing you on the tennis court or in the BP!
