We receive many questions about membership at MSTV Stennis. To provide more clarity, we have drawn up a FAQ, in which you will find the most frequently asked questions:

- How can I register for Stennis? Unfortunately, we have reached the maximum number of members and are forced to use a waiting list. That is why the registration form has been temporarily removed from the site. It will be possible to register again in August.

- When will I know whether I have become a member? The people who officially became members of Stennis received confirmation of their membership in October, including their KNLTB details.

- I have received confirmation of registration, does this mean that I am a member? This confirmation of registration does not automatically mean that you are a member. This confirms that your registration has been received by us and will be processed by our secretary.

- I heard that you work with a waiting list, is this true? Unfortunately, this is the situation we are in now. In October, people who registered were notified that they had become members. The other people were notified that they have been placed on a waiting list, they can join at a later time if places become available.

- Can I still participate in the intro period? The intro period took place in September and unfortunately was quickly full. If you have not become a member, we look forward to seeing you again in September 2024.

- When can I come and play tennis? People who received official notification that they have become members in October can come and play tennis from then on. A pass is required to access the park. The pick-up times and locations are communicated in a WhatsApp group for members.

- Can I come and train? Only members can register for the training period via Stennis. There are 6 periods per year and the registration period is announced via email, WhatsApp, this site and social media. If UM Sports offers tennis training, you can find more information on their site.

- I am a member and want to register for activities. How do I do this? You can register for activities by logging in to the site. The links to the registration forms can be found on the front page (current registrations or agenda) and on the committees' own pages (via boards and committees).

We’re getting a lot of questions about the membership at MSTV Stennis. To give more clarity, we made a FAQ.

- How do I become a Stennis member?Unfortunately, we reached our maximum members capacity and we have to work with a waitlist. This is why the subscription form is not online at this moment. As of August, you will be able to subscribe.

- When do I know that I’m officially a member?During the month of October, you will get a confirmation of your membership. With this email, you will also get your KNLTB data (The Dutch tennis union). This means you’re officially a member of MSTV Stennis.

- I got a confirmation e-mail about my subscription, does this mean I’m a member?This confirmation does not mean you’re a member. This only confirms that your subscription is received and will be processed by our secretary.

- I heard that you’re working with a waitlist, is this true? Sadly enough, this is the truth. During October the people who will officially became a member, received a confirmation from us. The people who are put on the waitlist also got an e-mail. It will be possible for them to get in if there are free places.

- Can I still join the introduction period?The introduction period took place in September 2023. If you haven't subscribed or if you got waitlisted, we'd be happy to see you in September 2024 for a new introduction period.

- When can I play tennis?People who are officially a member of Stennis have gotten their confirmation in the month of October. From then on, they can play tennis. You do need a pass to open the gate. In WhatsApp (for members only), you'll find information on where to pick up your pass.

- Can I have tennis lessons?Official members may subscribe with Stennis for training. There are four trainingperiods a year and you'll get a reminder in your mail, whatsapp, this site and our socials. If UM Sports offers tennistraining, you can find more information on their site.

- I'm a member and I'd like to subscribe for activities. How does this work?If you log into the site, you'll get access to the subscription forms for activities. In the English menu, you'll find the subscription form with English information about the activity in 'Activities_signup'.
